Nearly everywhere at The Randolph, we work hard to do things differently and break traditional molds... but not in the brewery. We prefer classic when it comes to beer, so in our (mostly) small-batch DUMBO brewery, we keep it simple: premium ingredients, a hands-on process, more focus on execution than novelty. A handful of core beers and hard seltzers stay on tap alongside rotating single-batch seasonals, hard teas and specialties. The goal: well-balanced, world-class brews that are drinkable above all and easy for everyone to enjoy, from grade-A beer geeks to the really-more-of-a-wine drinkers. We do take some bigger swings with our rotators, but we're rarely chasing the juiciest IPA, the wildest sour or the most Instagrammable beer. And when our tap list needs something we don't make, we're more than happy to pour great beer from one of our many talented local brewery friends.
